About Lynn

With over 40 years of leadership in digital networks, tech integration, and entrepreneurship, Lynn Matson founded Promotion Technology Group (PTG) and Business Television Video (BTV). She has built a respected career delivering dynamic digital network solutions across retail, hospitality, banking, education, and food service, scaling PTG into a nationally recognized firm with blue-chip clients like Best Buy, Target, Disney, and Mercedes-Benz.

A passionate advocate for women-owned businesses, Lynn mentors young female leaders and has succeeded as an entrepreneur in real estate, fashion, tech, and design.

Current Focus

After decades of building a business rooted in technology and innovation, Lynn now seeks fulfillment in connecting with people. She is interested in pursuing a venture in facilities management solutions for retail and/or banking, aiming to lead, support, and collaborate face-to-face.

Headquartered in Wixom, MI, PTG was established following a strategic reacquisition of BTV, becoming a recognized force in the audio/video industry enhancing customer experiences.

Founder, Business Television Video

1986-2003

Lynn's first startup, BTV, grew into a national audio-video solutions provider and was successfully transitioned to an investor group in 2003.
